GoldVoltron.com provides resources created primarily for skratch DJs and turntablists, including music, practice tools, browser-based utilities, downloadable resources, historical archives, educational material, and related products.

Some resources may be offered without charge. Open access does not mean that copyrights, trademarks, recordings, artwork, software, or other intellectual-property rights have been transferred to the user.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Additional terms presented with a particular product, download, service, or checkout flow may also apply to that transaction or feature.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Normal browsing, bookmarking, and use of features as presented by the Site are permitted.
• Downloads expressly offered by GoldVoltron may be downloaded for the uses stated with that content.
• You may not interfere with, damage, overload, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• You may not use automated means to scrape, mirror, harvest, or bulk-download Site content without permission.

Beats, Audio & Music Usage

Use of GoldVoltron beats, instrumentals, sound recordings, and related musical content is governed separately by the Beat Usage & Terms, which are incorporated here by reference.

If these general Terms conflict with the Beat Usage & Terms regarding a beat, recording, instrumental, or other musical work, the Beat Usage & Terms control for that musical content. Making audio available for listening or download does not automatically grant a commercial license.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, original Site content is owned by or licensed to GoldVoltron and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This may include music, sound recordings, beats, artwork, graphics, written material, original interface elements, software, browser-based tools, photographs, video, and downloadable resources.

Third-party trademarks, photographs, documents, recordings, logos, or other materials appearing in historical or informational contexts remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site transfers ownership of GoldVoltron intellectual property to a visitor.

Historical & Archival Material

GoldVoltron.com contains archives documenting past projects, websites, products, people, events, and creative activity. Archive material may include original artifacts, recovered material, contemporary documentation, and clearly identified reconstruction or context.

Historical material is provided for documentation, preservation, research, and cultural context. Inclusion of third-party names, trademarks, photographs, or historical materials does not necessarily imply current sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

Browser-Based Tools

Certain GoldVoltron tools operate partly or entirely within your browser. Features may use browser storage, temporary memory, local files selected by you, or other browser capabilities.

Unless a feature specifically states otherwise, selecting a local file for a browser-based tool does not by itself mean that the file is uploaded to GoldVoltron. Browser tools are provided for creative, educational, and practice purposes, and identical operation on every browser, device, operating system, or future software version is not guaranteed.

Downloads

Files are provided in the form and condition available at the time of download. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies. GoldVoltron may modify, replace, relocate, or discontinue downloads and does not guarantee that a particular file will remain available indefinitely.

Products, Orders & Payments

Where GoldVoltron offers products for sale, prices, descriptions, availability, shipping terms, taxes, and product-specific conditions may be presented on the applicable product page or during checkout.

• Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected.
• Orders affected by fraud, misuse, inventory problems, or obvious errors may be declined or cancelled as permitted by law.
• Reasonable quantity limits may be applied.
• Payment authorization may be required before fulfillment.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance until the order has been confirmed. Any separately posted shipping, return, or refund policy will also apply to covered purchases.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may link to or interact with third-party platforms, payment processors, social networks, video services, hosting providers, or other external services. GoldVoltron does not control third-party websites or their privacy practices, availability, content, or security. Use of those services is subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
