Beat Usage & Terms

All GoldVoltron Content, including musical works, instrumentals, sound recordings, artwork, and related media, is protected by United States copyright law, international copyright treaties, and applicable intellectual property laws.

Effective August 4, 2026 Personal use is permitted under the terms below. Any commercial, promotional, or revenue-generating use requires prior written authorization or a valid commercial license from GoldVoltron.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use GoldVoltron Content strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes private listening, creative practice, demos, student work, and personal social posts that do not generate advertising, sponsorship, or other revenue.

Any use intended to generate financial gain, compensation, or brand promotion is prohibited without a valid commercial license.

  • Music releases, films, or multimedia products offered for sale
  • Brand advertising, promotional videos, or marketing campaigns

Unauthorized commercial use may constitute copyright infringement and may result in content removal, claims for damages, or other legal remedies available under applicable law.
