A functional performance tool with a GoldVoltron identity.
GV V3 is being developed around a simple idea: keep the mat thin, clean and responsive, then let the details do the talking. The small orange III center mark keeps the playing surface visually restrained while giving V3 a subtle signature.
This development page uses provisional specifications and, until real product photography is added, pre-production concept imagery. Confirmed material, thickness, finish and performance characteristics will be published after the physical production sample is approved.

Final shipping charges should be calculated at checkout once launch is live. The page no longer shows public package-weight planning estimates so the buying experience stays clean and focused.
When the finished V3 package is approved, the final packed weight and box dimensions can be entered in WooCommerce behind the scenes for USPS rate calculation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES // V3
A clear policy for a specialty performance product.
Every GoldVoltron V3 order is inspected before shipment. For quality-control purposes, the contents and condition of an order may be photographed before final packaging.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders: Contact GoldVoltron within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the shipping package, product and the issue. After review, an eligible claim will be resolved with a replacement, exchange or refund, as appropriate. GoldVoltron will cover authorized return shipping when an incorrect or defective item was sent or a verified shipping-related problem requires the item to be returned.
Change-of-mind returns: Unopened and unused products may be submitted for return authorization within 14 days of delivery. Products must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Used or opened slipmats: Because GV V3 Skratch Slipmats are a specialty performance product, used slipmats are not eligible for return based on preference, feel or a change of mind. This does not prevent a customer from reporting a genuine defect, incorrect item or shipping damage.
Returns must be authorized before they are sent. Unauthorized returns, products showing use beyond what is necessary to document a claimed defect, or products damaged after delivery may be refused. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after any required return is received and inspected.
